Before you subscribe
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, tied to your FlowReader account. You aren’t charged during the trial. When it ends, it becomes a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel first.
What exactly am I agreeing to?
A subscription that renews automatically. It costs €7.99 per month, charged to your payment method every month until you cancel. The first charge comes when the 14-day trial ends, or straight away if no trial applies. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app. Cancelling takes no more steps than subscribing did.
Can I change my mind after subscribing?
Yes. Consumers in the EEA and the UK can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason. If you asked for Pro to start straight away, you pay only for the days you used, and we refund the rest. The refund and withdrawal page has the details.
Is there an annual plan?
No. FlowReader Pro is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. There’s only a monthly price.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the billing portal in the app, at any time. Do it before the renewal date and you won’t be charged again. You keep Pro until the paid period ends.
What happens to my library if Pro ends?
Nothing is locked. FlowReader keeps your data, and everything you saved stays readable. Only the Pro features pause until Pro is active again.
How are refunds handled?
In the first 14 days, the legal right of withdrawal applies. You get your money back, minus the cost of the days you used. After that, contact support. We consider refunds for double charges, accidental purchases and technical faults that kept you from using Pro. Cancelling stops future charges, but doesn’t refund earlier periods on its own.
Do I need an account to read?
No. The whole reader works without an account. You only need one for Pro, because a subscription belongs to an account.
